Returns and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of my products, I cannot accept returns and refunds at this time. You will receive the product in full upon receipt of payment in the case of digital items.

Our paperback books are print on demand and are sent when you order. We carefully package books and send them in a padded mailer via first class USPS. We are not responsible if the USPS mishandles the mail as it is shipped to you.

That said, it is very rare for a book to arrive damaged. To date, we've only had one instance of a local mail person bending and squooshing a book into a mailbox!
